Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House consider the Senate message (page 1747) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
      CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 121(L&C)                                                                
      "An Act relating to the issuance of qualified charitable gift                                 
      annuities."

Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate                                      
amendment to CSHB 121(L&C), thus adopting SCS CSHB 121(JUD),                                        
and recommended that the members vote yes.
